PDP chieftain commends governors’ stand on party congresses

Alhaji Ibrahim Ali Amin, aka “Little”, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has praised the decision of the party’s governors’ forum to ensure strict adherence to the constitution and guidelines for the election of party executives in the forthcoming state, local government, and ward congresses.

Little, a former gubernatorial candidate in Kano, stated that the governors’ position has demonstrated the party’s commitment to reclaiming power in 2027.

He emphasised the importance of staging free, fair, and transparent congresses to attract more Nigerians to join the party.

The PDP chieftain expressed hope that the party leadership will adhere to the provisions of the party’s congresses and electoral guidelines in the forthcoming congress and election of Kano executives.

He reiterated his resolve to continue working for the PDP at all levels for ultimate victory.

Little also stressed that Nigerians need sincere and committed leadership to salvage them from the current hardship, which the PDP is set to provide.

He urged all party members in Kano to join hands in moving the PDP forward, expressing confidence that Nigerians have more hope in the PDP than any other political party.
