Members of the House of Representatives representing Toro Federal Constituency in Bauchi State, Hon. Ismail Haruna Dabo, has launched a free medical outreach program for the people of the constituency.

While flagging off the outreach in Zaranda village on Friday, the federal lawmaker stated, “This initiative will provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for the following health issues: eye tests and treatment with medicated glasses, malaria tests and treatment.”

Others, according to him, include typhoid tests and treatment, blood pressure tests and treatment, blood sugar tests and treatment, ulcer treatment, and other minor illnesses.

He added that the medical outreach will cover three districts: Jama’a District at Zaranda Gari, Toro District at Kogin Sallah, and Lame District at Rishi, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

Ismail Dabo also visited Zaranda Gari to pay condolences to the families of the young individuals who tragically lost their lives in an accident involving a charcoal seller and the Bauchi State vigilante group.

In addition to the medical outreach, he initiated two key infrastructure projects in the constituency as part of his efforts to give back to the people who voted for him.

He kicked off the construction of a six-classroom block in Salarma, Ribina East, and launched the construction of the Tilden Fulani township road.

The events drew key stakeholders and leaders from the APC of Toro Local Government, including notable figures such as the former Commissioner of Justice and Attorney General of Bauchi State, who is the Chairman of APC Stakeholders in Toro Local Government, former Permanent Commissioner of Bauchi State, Alh. Mohammed Ahmed Dan Masanin Tilde, and Col. Umaru Tilde, Rtd., among other distinguished guests.

He stressed that “their presence contributed to the significance of the events, fostering a collaborative environment, strong relationships, and unity within the party.”

“As the representative for Toro Federal Constituency, I remain committed to prioritizing the well-being and lives of our people at all times,” he reassured.
