Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister responds to Cassano, calling him an “ordinary ball boy.”

Cristiano Ronaldo’s sister, Elma Aveiro, has criticized former Italian player Antonio Cassano for his remarks about the Al Nassr star. Cassano recently disparaged Ronaldo, claiming the Portuguese forward doesn’t know how to play football and that he doesn’t care if Ronaldo scores 3,000 career goals.

In response, Aveiro pointed out that while Cassano has no idea how to score 900 goals, her brother has achieved that milestone. She attacked Cassano’s credibility, stating that he was merely a ball boy and never a true footballer.

“It’s surprising to wake up to comments like this. I don’t know this poor guy. It doesn’t matter, but he clearly doesn’t know how to score 900 goals,” she wrote on Instagram. “Imagine if he could. They say he was a footballer, but I think they’re mistaken—he was definitely just a ball boy.”

Ronaldo has scored over 900 goals for club and country since beginning his professional career.
