Muftwang condoles Akwa Ibom gov over wife’s death

Governor of Plateau, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has expressed his deepest condolences to the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, on the loss of his beloved wife, Her Excellency, Pastor (Mrs) Patience Umo Eno, after a brief illness.

In a condolence message, Governor Mutfwang described the passing of Her Excellency as a profound tragedy, not only for the Eno family but also for the people of Akwa Ibom State and the entire nation. He highlighted her unwavering support for her husband’s leadership in Akwa Ibom, noting that Governor Umo Eno has lost a moral and political pillar.

Governor Mutfwang commended the late Pastor Mrs. Patience Umo Eno for her life of service to God and humanity. He praised her vital role in raising godly children who continue to contribute positively to the state, adding that her devotion to family, faith, and community was exemplary.

According to Governor Mutfwang, Mrs. Umo Eno was a woman of extraordinary integrity, compassion, and humility. He noted that her kindness, generosity, and empathy left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

The Governor also emphasised that her legacy of justice, fairness, and her steadfast commitment to spreading the gospel of salvation should serve as an inspiration to all.

He acknowledged that her influence transcended ethnic, religious, and regional boundaries, making her a unifying figure in her community and beyond.

On behalf of his family, the government, and the peace-loving people of Plateau State, Governor Mutfwang extended his heartfelt sympathies to His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, the entire Eno family, and the people of Akwa Ibom State during this time of profound grief. He prayed for God’s comfort, strength, and courage to uphold them in this moment of immense loss.
