Ahead of the November 11 offseason governorship election in Bayelsa State, the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee (NWC) announced the composition of a 429 Bayelsa State National gubernatorial campaign team to be led by Gombe State Governor, Inuwa Yahaya.
The campaign committee also has four chieftains of the party as co-chairmen.
The list includes Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq; former Jigawa State Governor and Defence Minister, Badaru Abubakar; Senate President, Godswill Akpabio and the Secretary to Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume.
The campaign team will be inaugurated next Friday, September 29 in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital by the National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
