Niger State Universal Basic Education Board (NSUBEB) has announced the commencement of the 2024/2024 Academic Session in the state.
A statement by the Acting Chairman and Secretary of NSUBEB, Dr. Fatima Jella Sulaiman, a copy of which was made available to the Tribune Online on Monday in Minna disclosed the development.
According to the statement, the UBEC Model 1 Smart School, located at David Mark road Maitumbi Minna is open for admission into early Child Care Development Education (ECCDE) Primaries 1,2,3 and Junior Secondary School, JSS1.
According to the statement, in order to apply, interested people can log on to the portal and they will be led to the Ministry of Education, adding that such can then click on UBEC Smart School after which application is meant to be submitted.
Dr. Fatima Jella Sulaiman said the Application Portal will be opened from Monday 25th September at 1:00am midnight and closes on Wednesday 27th September at 12:00am.
The statement further explained that the entrance examination will hold at the School premises on Thursday 28th September at 9:00 am.
Tribune Online learnt that UBEC Smart School is equipped with full Complement of Digital learning facilities and a Conducive environment that supports early child education.
The statement however noted that only successful Applicants who have passed entrance examination will be eligible for admission.
