Kogi guber: Ex-Speaker rallies CAN for APC’s Ododo

The immediate past Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Prince Mathew Kolawole has met with Kabba/Bunu City CAN with a call on them to rally their members in supporting the APC Governorship Candidate.

Prince Kolawole who has been holding series of meetings with critical stakeholders across Kabba Bunu LGA in the last few weeks described the CAN as a veritable platform to speak within view of their place in the society, said as people with large following, the need for them to be part of the forthcoming winning of the APC Governorship Candidate cannot be overemphasized.

” I come here to solicit your prayers for a peaceful election. Please rally all your Membership to come out enmass. The election will be peaceful. The State Government working with the Federal Government will ensure a peaceful election”.

“One thing we have enjoyed in abundance under the APC administration is peace with Kogi State described as the most peaceful in North Central Nigeria.

“Gov. Bello has ensured peaceful coexistence amongst adherents of different faith. The incoming administration will build on the legacies of peaceful coexistence, equity and justice.

“The forthcoming election is a defining moments for Kogi. We cannot afford to be in a minority. The Federal Government under President Ahmed Tinubu has so much in stock for us. We can only enjoy all the plans if we remain with the APC.”

Prince Kolawole thanked the Christian community in Kabba for their sustained support and prayers for the APC and Gov. Bello, urged them to vote for the APC Governorship Candidate, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo come November 11 Election.

“For us in Kabba Bunu LGA. Aside the appointment, infrastructure development and sense of belonging we have enjoyed, the recently established Kogi State University remains for us a thing of joy.”

While noting that the APC will accord Kabba Bunu LGA its rightful desires in all sectors of the economy, described the APC governorship candidate as experienced and someone coming from within the system, said if elected he will hit the ground running.

“I therefore want to appeal to you all to please rally all your Members for the APC. We are safer with the APC than any other Party. Let’s us shun tribalism, ethnicity and other mundane sentiments in voting for the APC governorship candidate.”
