Netflix excites with new releases for December

Netflix has assured its subscribers of a spectacular December lineup, featuring a diverse array of titles bound to captivate audiences.

One of such releases according to the streaming platform is “Blood Vessel,” set to premiere on December 8.

Boasting a cast including David Ezekiel, Obinna Okenwa, Levi Chikere, Adaobi Dibor, and Jide Kene Achufusi, “Blood Vessel” promises to be a compelling watch.

This thriller follows in the footsteps of Play Network’s previous success, “Glamour Girls,” which dominated Netflix rankings in Nigeria and secured a spot in the Top 10 in 20 other countries worldwide.

As part of Netflix’s exclusive talent appreciation dinner in Nigeria, the platform unveiled seven titles, including “Blood Vessel,” “Aníkulápó: The Series,” Ólòtūré: The Series,” and “War: Wrath and Revenge.”

The latter is set to premiere on December 28, offering a riveting narrative of Nuhu Bala’s political ascent, orchestrated by his wife Binta. A spin-off from “Sons of the Caliphate,” “War: Wrath and Revenge” boasts Mo Abudu as its executive producer and features a stellar cast, including Rahama Sadau, Mofe Duncan, Uzee Usman, Patrick Doyle, Ifeanyi Kalu, Theresa Edem, Ayoola Ayolola, Yakubu Mohammed, among others.

The December excitement continues with titles like “Christmas as Usual” and “Hilda: Season 3,” releasing on the 6th and 7th, respectively. “The Crown: Season 6 Part 2” takes center stage on the 14th, followed by a lineup on the 15th featuring “Christmas as Usual,” “Young Sheldon: Season 6,” “Carol & The End of The World,” and “Yoh’ Christmas.” On the 19th, viewers can indulge in “Trevor Noah: Where Was I,” while “Love is Blind Brazil: After the Altar” hits the platform on the 20th.

The year concludes with the release of “Berlin” on the 29th, promising a December filled with entertainment and excitement for Netflix subscribers.
