Gov Inuwa chairs Sir Ahmadu Bello memorial lecture

Chairman of Northern States Governors’ Forum and Governor of Gombe, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya will chair the 10th Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Lecture and Presentation of Merit Awards on Saturday in Maiduguri, Borno.

The event, organised by Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation in Collaboration with Borno State Government, has as its theme “Creating Pathways for Peace: Tackling Banditry and Insurgency Through Good Governance for Sustainable Development.

The Vice President of Nigeria, Sen. Kashim Shettima, GCON, Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Prof. Tijjani Muhammad Bande, National Assembly members, traditional rulers and other eminent Nigerians are expected to make presentations at the lecture, which will be hosted by Governor Babagana Umara Zulum.
