Three development commission bills have passed second reading at the Senate.
The bills are South-East Development Commission Bill; South-West Development Commission Bill; and North-Central Development Commission Bill.
The bills passed second reading at Wednesday’s plenary, presided over by the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio.
The country already has the North-East Development Commission fully operational and the Niger Delta Development Commission.
