During his constituency engagement across Obokun State Constituency over the weekend, Adeyemi visited the palace of His Royal Majesty, Oba Adejoro Otebolaku JP, Ogidan III, the Olori Elu Eka-Osun, the Owalare of Ilare-Ijesa, the Council of Chiefs, and other members of the community.

“Governor Ademola Adeleke is committed to infrastructural development. The development will come across all the cities and towns in the state; the governor has planned for it, and it has commenced in some parts of the state. We can all see it.

“The governor is not leaving any town untouched. We are all going to feel the wave of development, especially in Obokun State Constituency,” he said.

In a statement posted on his official social media handle, the lawmaker wrote, “I also informed them about my role in the House of Assembly over the past eight months, including my welfare, education, and economic development programs, bills, motions, contributions, and policies advocated for.

“The community leadership appreciated the state government and my visit to them. They also made some requests mainly centred on infrastructure, which the government will address one after the other, as infrastructural development is a top commitment of Governor Ademola Adeleke.

“I also had the chance to engage with other community members directly, where we resolved different issues. This kind of engagement will continue in the other wards and communities in the coming days and weeks.”
