Premier League: Manchester United make a decision regarding Ten Hag’s future ahead of the FA Cup final against City.

Manchester United has decided not to dismiss manager Erik ten Hag ahead of the FA Cup final against Manchester City later this month, as reported by Mail Sport.

The team’s demoralizing 4-0 loss to Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Monday has intensified scrutiny on Ten Hag, especially with United battling to secure European competition qualification for next season.

Despite the mounting pressure, there are currently no intentions to part ways with Ten Hag before their encounter with City in the FA Cup final at Wembley on May 25. The reasoning behind this decision is that there would be little benefit in making a managerial change with four games remaining—three in the Premier League and the FA Cup final—before the conclusion of the campaign.

While a victory over City at Wembley could bolster Ten Hag’s prospects of continuing into a third season in charge, the final determination will be made following the outcome of that match.
