According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have recently reached a preliminary agreement on personal terms with what could potentially be their first summer signing.

Chelsea Reach Personal Terms with Estevao
Previous reports suggested that Estevao’s current club, Palmeiras, is holding out for a fee around £55m, with Chelsea leading the race for his signature.
While Romano revealed on Twitter that the initial offer is expected to be lower, he confirmed that Chelsea has agreed to personal terms with the 17-year-old sensation.
He stated, “Chelsea have reached a preliminary agreement with Willian Estevão on personal terms. The initial bid is yet to be submitted but is projected to be around €32m plus add-ons, pending negotiations with Palmeiras. Although no deal has been finalized, Chelsea remains the frontrunners since January.”
Should Estevao join Chelsea, he would be joining a distinguished cohort of young talents already under the club’s wing. However, Estevao wouldn’t link up with the first team until the summer of 2025.
