Democracy Day: Ex-Kogi Speaker, Kolawole, congratulates Nigerians

Former Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Prince Matthew Kolawole, has congratulated the people of Nigeria as the nation celebrates Democracy Day.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Prince Matthew Kolawole commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for making efforts to tackle various problems facing the country.

He called on the people to be patient with the administration of the President, adding that in the long run, he will surely overcome these problems and move the nation forward.

Prince Kolawole also commended the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for moving the state forward.

He noted that the governor has started very well, stressing that his policies since becoming governor have improved the wellbeing of the people.

He urged the governor to continue his good work, adding that his performance will speak for him at the end of his three years in office.
