Guardiola allows De Bruyne to leave.

According to reports, Manchester City’s key player Kevin De Bruyne has indicated that manager Pep Guardiola has assured him he can leave the club if he requests a transfer.

In an interview with HLN, Kevin De Bruyne clarified that while Guardiola has given him permission to depart Manchester City, he has not engaged in any talks or negotiations with other clubs about a potential move.

As captain of the Belgian national team currently competing in Euro 2024, De Bruyne acknowledged the possibility of transferring to another club for a substantial transfer fee, which he described as “absurd money.”

De Bruyne emphasized that despite rumors linking him to Saudi Arabia, he has not held any discussions about a transfer. He mentioned that while a lucrative offer could prompt his departure from Manchester City if he communicates his desire to leave to Guardiola, he has not expressed such a desire.

Regarding his financial situation, De Bruyne noted that while he is already financially secure, he would consider accepting an extraordinary transfer offer if it not only benefits him but also provides financial stability for his family, relatives, future generations, and friends.
