LaLiga: Ancelotti threatened to replace me with my brother – Bellingham

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has shared a lighthearted moment when manager Carlo Ancelotti jokingly threatened to replace him with his younger brother, Jobe Bellingham.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, as reported by Fabrizio Romano, the England international recalled that Ancelotti made the comment after watching Jobe score two goals in a match.

Bellingham has firmly established himself at Real Madrid since his move from Borussia Dortmund two seasons ago. He is also in contention for this year’s Ballon d’Or after an exceptional season, winning the Champions League, La Liga, and other titles with the club.

“I remember when my brother Jobe scored twice. We were watching the game, and Ancelotti said: ‘F*ck… we brought the wrong one! I’m going to bring him here.’ I asked: ‘Where are you going to play him?’ Carlo replied: ‘In your position!’”
