Nigeria forward Victor Osimhen is set to make his debut for Galatasaray when they host Çaykur Rizespor at RAMS Park, Istanbul, on Saturday (today).
Osimhen joined the Turkish Super Lig champions on a season-long loan from Napoli two weeks ago. The 25-year-old trained with his new teammates for the first time on Thursday after returning from international duty, where he scored in Nigeria’s 3-0 win over Benin Republic last Saturday.
Eager to make an impact at Galatasaray, Osimhen will aim to further establish himself as one of the world’s top strikers. Galatasaray currently sit second in the Super Lig with nine points from three games, while Rizespor are in 12th place with four points from four matches.
