The South-South Zonal Organising Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Blessing Agbomhere, has affirmed that Senator Monday Okpebholo, the APC’s candidate for the upcoming governorship election, is the most suitable choice for Edo State.
Dr Agbomhere highlighted that Senator Okpebholo, who celebrated his 54th birthday on Thursday, is a quiet achiever with significant contributions to business and entrepreneurship.
He noted that Okpebholo has played a pivotal role in building organizations and businesses that have positively impacted the economic landscape for both Edo people and Nigerians as a whole.
In a congratulatory message released to journalists in Abuja, Agbomhere praised Senator Okpebholo as a distinguished public administrator, contrasting him with typical Nigerian politicians who often overpromise and underdeliver.
Agbomhere dismissed rumors suggesting that Okpebholo is shunning the media, emphasizing instead that Okpebholo is a reserved yet dedicated individual, focused on transforming Edo State’s future if elected.
He extended birthday wishes to Okpebholo on his 54th birthday, urging Edo residents to seize the opportunity to elect a candidate of integrity who will prioritise their well-being and not take their trust for granted.
